I found a great individual to help you grow and stretch as a serving leader. Her name is Tracy Washington and she shares a unique perspective on serving leadership.
I’d like to introduce you to our newest contributor to developing Serving Leaders, Tracy Washington. She brings a lifetime of leadership to our community. She is a leadership and transition strategist. As importantly, she is a mother, a grandmother of three grandchildren, and recently married the love of her life. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Tracy Washington brings her real life leadership and management experience to help you grow as a serving leader.
Tracy’s professional experience includes being a Certified Leadership Trainer, a professional speaker and coach. She is part of the John Maxwell Professional Network, which allows her to offer her clients a wide range of leading edge tools and strategies to her clients. Her clients include the U.S. Post Office, NASA, Proctor and Gamble, Delta Airlines, Chase Bank, and many more.
Tracy Washington recently started sharing her leadership program called Hustle Free Leadership which she shares at http://www.hustlefreeleadership.com She will be sharing many of leadership strategies on a regular basis here at Developing Serving Leaders. I really enjoy the way she shares her ideas and tips on emotional intelligence, dealing with challenging employees, and engaging your employees and teams.
